We offer Free Exchanges in the USA. We pay for return shipping labels in case you would like to exchange an item. If you want to return it for a refund, we don't supply a free return shipping label, but we will refund 100% of product cost if the item is unused condition. Warranty Policy Oxa Leather warranty includes a manufacturer's warranty of 90 days which includes defects on the products and accessories. The damage that is done by a user is not covered in this warranty which includes: water, heat, and puncture damage, use of chemicals on the leather, and any damage from overloading our products with excessive weight.
